Recipe - BRAISED BITTER MELON WITH POMFRET
Bitter melon 300g, Pomfret 400g, black bean sauce 2 spoon, oil 2 spoon, 1tbsp salt, Minced garlic 1 spoon, broth 350 ml
Cooking way
I) Wash bitter melon, cut into small pieces;
II) Wash Pomfret wipe dry; Add oil into heat wok, put pomfret fry both side in golden color, then put on dish;
III) Heat up some oil on high heat, add minced garlic and black bean sauce to saute;
IV) Add bitter melon saute well, pour broth quick stir, and then add well-done fish, seasonings to serve.
