Introduction
S.S plate and frame Filter press is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel,the frame is carbon steel with SS coated,and the filter plates is totally made of stainless steel.it is an suspension solid-liquid separation filter machine that widely used in food,environmental protection,light industry,pharmaceutical ,chemical,metallurgy and petroleum industry and so on.and is the ideal fine filtering equipment for beer,white wine,grape wine ,liquid Beverage or Sterilization filtration.
The fruit juice,wine slurry etc is pumped into the chamber formed by the filter plates and filter plate frame.the filtrate come through the filter cloth and flow out through the liquid outlet of the filter press,the solid will leave in the chamber,after one filtering cycle is finished,then the filter cake and filtrate is well separated.
