The black mulberry jam is the result of a craftsmanship that has put together 3 simple ingredients: black mulberries, sugar and a very small part of lemon juice which gives it that very slight acrid aftertaste, a delicacy typical of Sicilian cuisine. Intense purple color, unique taste and characteristic aroma.
