Anchovy Fillets Flat in Sunflower Oil Giuseppe Verdi Selection

Tender and aromatic anchovy fillets from the Mediterranean Sea, each individually desalinated and cleaned by hand in the time-honored Italian culinary tradition.
The fillets are then carefully placed by hand in a glass jar and submerged in olive oil in order to fully preserve their aroma, ready to be tasted, straight out of the jar.
