Description: Odorless, colorless crystals or white granular or crystalline power, hygroscopic, steady in air; relative density 2.338, melting point 96℃-253℃, easily soluble in water(83.5/100ml, 90℃), PH4.2-4.8 in 1% aqueous solution. Insoluble in ethanol.
Application:in food industry, it is used as buffer, chelant agent, yeast, flavoring additives, nutrition enhancer, leavening agent, it also could be used as urine acid in medicine.
