A. Product characteristic

C. Usage and dosage
1. Usage: this product is hot-water soluble modified starch. It should be used under heating.

2. Jam:
Bake jam, entails good baking resistance on food. No denting, filling swelling and water dissipating through 230-240?? baked. Glistening appearance, good properties of coating and molding.
