4 slices of Abraham Westphalian smoked ham (á 100g)
500g zucchini
30g butter or margarine
1 pkt peas (deep-frozen, 300g)
1/8 l stock (Instant)
1 bunch of spring onions
2 pkts seasoned curd cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper
A few leaves of parsley
Wash the zucchini, dry and cut into slices. Braise the zucchini in the melted butter in a saucepan. Add the frozen peas and the stock. Simmer the vegetables gently for 5 minutes with the lid on. Clean, wash and slice the spring onions and mix in with vegetables. Stir in half of the curd cheese and season the vegetables with slat and pepper. Dish up 4 portions of the smoked ham and the vegetables with salt and pepper, add the remaining curd cheese to these portions and garnish with parsley.
