This product is Halal certified Turkish soujouk; it is produced from the best parts of organically fed cows and freed from all tendons and cartilage. Then the beef is minced and mixed with various Turkish spices with the unique recipe of MOLU ET. The mix is then fermented, heat-treated, and then shaped in natural cow intestine, all under strict hygienic conditions under the supervision of our quality control staff. The final product is a tasty, healthy, and nutritious meat product and a unique and authentic experience of Turkish cuisine. Products characteristics: Water rate is maximum 40%; salt not more than 5%; there should be no inorganic dyes; pH value up to 5.8, minimum 5.4; Putrefaction tests are negative, there are no internal organs and the rate of connective tissue is 0.
