Our absinthe was created for true connoisseurs: it is prepared according to an authentic recipe of the 19th century. Dried wormwood, anise and fennel are infused in alcohol. This mixture is passed through alembic to produce distilled alcohol in combination with distilled terpenoids (primary components of essential oils) from herbs.
Other herbs are added to improve the taste, as well as nutmeg infusion, after which the absinthe is tinctured and filtered. In this drink, wormwood and other herbs combine together and give their flavors to alcohol, thereby highlighting its elite origin. The drink gets its color by adding the lemon balm infusion.
