Abura soba noodles are soup less warm noodles. Mix a little amount of condensed soy sauce based sauce with lard and cooked noodles. Add chili oil and/or Vinegar if you would like.

♦ How to make soup "Abura-soba souce (AB-169) " 

1. Shake well before adding the sauce then pour it into the stainless steel bowl.                                            2. Mix it well before use to combine sauce and oil evenly.                                                                            3. Pour 30ml of the sauce into a bowl.                                                                                                       4. Cook the noodles and drain them, then place into another bowl.                                                              5. Mix well.                                                                                                                                            6. Serve with BBQ pork, menma (seasoned bamboo shoot), spring onions, boiled egg and nori (dried seaweed) as toppings.                                                                                                                                          *** Add chili oil and/or vinegar if you would like.
