This product is a high technological product which is based on modern biological technology.It is a kind of enzyme which lives in acid environment(PH:2.5-4.0) and can accelerate the hydrolyzation of protease.It is used well in acid solution to hydrolyze animal and plant protease.It can be also used in softening skin and fur,alcohol fermentation,clearing the fruit and Beer juice,printing sheep fur,reclaiming waste film,feed additive,etc.In the case of acid surroundings,this product is good for loosing the hide fiber,and it can be used continually,and it is a very proper enzyme of softening skin recently.In the alcohol fermentation,adding this enzyme can validly hydrolyze the protease in material,damage the cytoderm structure between granular material,be in favor of the function of sugar enzyme,increase the available carbon of the material which can improve the rate of coming out of wine of the material.In another side,the protease hydronyzation improve the amount of amino nitrogen of mash.,promote the growth and cultivation of microzyme,improve fermentation speed,reduct the cycle of fermentation and improve the productivity of fermenting equipment.

2. Working means:Act on peptide linkage of protease,main result are peptides and amino acid.
3. Hot stability:in the case of PH:2.0-4.0, it is stable below 40 centi degree,and the enzyme activity will be damaged seriously over 50centi degree,and it will lost activity fast over 60 centi degree.
4. PH stability:stable value:2.0-2.4
5. Working condition:temperature range:40-50centi degree;the best temperature:55centi degree;working range of PH:2.5-5.5,best value:PH3.0-3.5.
6. Effect that metal impose on enzyme activity:it can be activated by Ca,Mg,and it is controled by Cu,mercury,Pb.
