9. Usage:
1). The floating feed pellet extruder is suitable for making feed for fish, shrimp, frog, pig, duck and so on. The finished products is with characteristics of soft ripeness, high protein, complete nutrition, longer floating time and no waste. Adding some trace elements will promote the growing up of the fish.
2). Mix the wheat peel, corn power, bean power, fish meal and compound premix, put 15%-20% water into the 100kg raw material, mix them equally in the blender. After 3-5minutes, put the material into the floating feed extruder inlet. Pay attention to control the switching off of the charging barrel, from small to large.
3) . After finishing the discharging, unpack the cutting section, take apart the Nut in the head of the extruder, then restart the motor, the residual feed will flow out and clean the Nut pore plate.
