We would like to present the sparkling wines of Santa Colina line, which are made exclusively by C harmat method (fermentation in stainless steel barrels) the gas is arising from the own fermentation, the line has the following options: Moscatel White Sweet made of Chardonnay and Moscato White, Moscatel Rosé sweet prepared with varieties Pinot e Moscato Hamburgo. The sparkling medium-dry is prepared by the varieties Riesling Renano and Chardonnay, and Brut is prepared by the varieties Chardonnay.

 

• Sparkling Brut: Sparkling wine elaborated exclusively with Grapes of the variety Chardonnay, by the method "charmat". Presents staining straw-yellow with touches greenish. Perlage persistent and razor bumps thin. The intense aromas resemble pineapple, green apple, plum and bread tostado. Presents intense flavor, crisp and persistent.
  
• Sparkling Demi-sec: Sparkling wine made from grapes of the variety Chardonnay and Riesling Rhine, by the "Charmat". The bright straw-yellow color combined with fine and persistent bubbles cause a great visual aspect to this product. Its aromas present softness reminding mainly mature white fruits, honey and brown sugar. In mouth, slightly sweet freshness, and a great intensity and persistence body taste.
  
• Muscat Sparkling White: Made with muscat grapes, the process "Asti". Presents greenish yellow color, with intense and persistent perlage. The aroma, the descriptors resemble ripe tropical fruit, honey and wildflowers. On the palate, shows light and refreshing flavor with pleasant lingering aftertaste.
