Upper die go down to blanking male die,to trimming and blanking material with femeal die,upper die continue go down,blank holder and blanking male die come out blank holder force with down cylinder function,with mold core action,realize the first level stretch, first level stretching female die continue go down,realize the second level stretch with the second level stretch,at the same time,striker make sign on products.pressure passed bottom deadpoint,blank holder and the first level stretch female die form a roll-round space with the down cylinder function,and rolling products,then continue go up,eject products out by the down cylinder,and blow mould away by blower.
