VINEYARD:

Family-owned vineyard for 6 generations, the Domaine de Sainte Anne is characterized by a very special geological situation. At Saint-Saturnin, in the Loire Valley, in the heart of Aubance, it stands at the border of the Paris basin in the east, and the Armorican Massif in the west, giving as uniqueness as richness to its soils. The soils of the 66 hectares of vineyard are predominantly composed of clay and limestone. Exists in 37.5 cl. 40 years old vines.

Maceration of 6 days between 20°C and 25°C with 2 unballastings and a molactic fermentation.
