The annatto extract pigment is NOT high temperature resistant offered by other ordinary manufactures. Well land's annatto extract natural pigment have excellent heat resistance, which can be applied in all kinds of food.
Character
Red to brown water soluble annatto extract powder with a little peculiar smell. The main ingredient is Na & sylvite of bixin hydrolysate. Excellent dyeability, not good light resistance. Can be mixed and soluble in water at any ratio. The water solution is orange yellow, which show alkalinity. It can be slightly soluble in ethanol, but insoluble under acidic environment.
It can be dissolved in water and alcohol solution easily, but not in oil.Color of solution changes when PH is different.The powder can't absorb moisture and can't form solid if store well.
