Working principle:
Adopt the electricity heating method, heat directly after in pouring the water , produce the high pressure steam needed to steam the specimen, to compress the air from the outside after steaming, the temperature of the specimen will decline to 30-40degree, after quick-deep freezing hydraulic pressure for 3 minutes.
Character:
it can do operations: poach and quick-deep freezing anti-pressure steam;set up over loading protection of the heater and warning buzzer when the test finished;set up two safety valves, when steam pressure is over 0.25MPa, it release itself;when the inner temperature is up to 140 degree, the power cuts off automatically.
