The Apple & Cinnamon Muesli is made with Gluten free rolled oats with a combination of Almonds, Cinnamon and Freeze dried Apple pieces. Beta-D-glucans, usually referred to as Beta Glucans, comprise a class of indigestible polysaccharides widely found in nature in sources such as grains, barley, yeast, bacteria, algae and mushrooms. The effect of oat Beta-Glucan on both serum cholesterol and blood glucose reduction is proven.
