This is a variety of autumn apples. Their skin is smooth, dry, a greenish-yellow colour. Almost entirely covered with a blurred-stripe, orange-red blush. The flesh is medium grained, crispy and has a creamy white colour. The fruits are characterized by a sweet, slightly acidic flavour, of pear aftertaste. They are very aromatic and tasty. They are suitable for eating raw as well as for pastes and Juices for kids.
