Apricot kernel (Hazelnuts) hulled sorting line is my company of hulling sorting experience for many years research and development of almond, hazelnut processing and special equipment. The line will first apricot kernel or hazelnuts for grading, and hulled on each level, respectively. Not release in the process of processing of apricot nuclear can automatically return to shelling sheller into the next cycle. The shelling units is with high efficiency, the whole kernel rate is high and easy to do operation and maintenance.

The set of assembly line consists of three unit and control cabinet. Grading unit: composed of hopper, hoist and grade into a unit. This part of apricot nuclear or hazel can be divided into four levels. Shell separation unit: composed of hopper, bucket elevator, sheller, sorting sieve, returning the material hoist and linear sieve composition. Unit: except for its skin composed of hopper, spiral elevator, dual channel hoist, skin separator (2 sets). This part of the kernel and can be separated from the skin of the kernel size.
