In accordance with our recipes, an affiliated plant in Spain produces several Argentinian specialities on our behalf. These include chorizos, morcilla (blood sausage) , stuffed rolled beef and entrails.
The chorizos comprise 70% beef and 30% pork. They are seasoned with typical spices from Argentina which we import ourselves from that country, such as chimichurri (barbecue) and ají molido (chilli) . We sell two kinds of morcilla; one with rice, which gives the sausage a milder taste, and another with onion and spices that are typically Argentinian.
