A delicious salmon fillet, freshly cut from our pristine Atlantic salmon. Within 2 days after harvest – after the rigor mortis wears off – the fresh salmon is processed in our BRC Global- and IFS Food-certified factility. Our state-of-the-art salmon line processes the salmon into the desired trimmed fillets. If required, the fillet can further be portioned precisely up to 2 grams. The fillet can be shipped fresh, individually vacuum packed (IVP) or deep-frozen (IQF). Deep-freezing after vacuuming the end product is also possible.
