Bakerdream Corn Wowotou Premix
This product is suitable for Wowotou-made at home including two types: Wheat Wowotou Premix and Corn Wowotou Premix.
Recipe: Corn Wowotou premix 350g, lukewarm water (30°C) 190ml, Angel Instant Dry Yeast 5g.
Directions for use:
Dissolve dry yeast in warm water, then add into this premix. Knead the dough until smooth, rest for 5 minutes. Divide and mould the dough. The dough proofs for 25 minutes at 37°C. Cook with strong steam for 15 minutes.
