Micheline NEGRE launched La Belle Crousteline
in 1989, it's still a family affair, and she continues
to develop the long conservation, under controlled
atmosphere, procedure invented by her father in 1982.
The "maitrise" of this procedure is our exportation
force.
Our team is composed of qualified, competent
and rigorous personnel, a happy mix
of the experience and savoir-faire of seniors
and the dynamics of youngsters.
La Belle Crousteline exports 25% of its billings
On the homefront to the principal European
countries. The major part of its business is done
with super-market chains.
In 2007 La Belle Crousteline will open a new factory
with higher productivity, certified BRC/IFS,
while still maintaining its present site,
its flexibility and reactivity.
