JEMBI'S Banana Flakes are made from Cavendish bananas grown in Ecuador.
The bananas go though a process in which they are cleaned, peeled, deseeded, homogenized and pasteurized. Afterwards, they are turned into aseptic puree, dehydrated by a drum dryer and finally flaked.
This product is 100% natural without preservatives or additives. Therefore, our product maintains the same characteristics in taste and flavor just like the unprocessed ripened bananas. The fresh fruit used for this process contains approximately 25% solids and 75% water.
