Vinified with a mix of traditional techniques and modern technologies, it is one of the greatest and exciting typical Italian wine, internationally famous embassador of italian lifestyle. VINFICATION AND AGEING Long Maceration and temperature controlled fermentation.It ages 2 years in big oak slavonian casks and 12 months in bottle, before its release. SENSORY PROFILE COLOUR: medium intense ruby red with garnet shimmers AROMA: Complex and elegant with violet intense and ethereal aroma. TASTE: Harmonic with soft tannins, full-bodied wine, a big wine but smooth and well blanced. OUR NOTES AND FOOD MATCHING This Wine has strong character and personality; the grape is harvested traditionally by hand, with limited production, transformed with skilful winemaking techniques, creating a product rich in floral and fruit scents, along with taste and variety. We recommend it with “Pasta al sugo”, Roasted and grilled meat or for a “Merenda” with Italian cold cuts and a couple of friends. Serving temperature: 16-18°C
