Introduction:

BB-G90 powder is a probiotic additive, containing the Bifidobacterium bifidum BB-G90 and a special protective agent. B.bifidum is a gram-positive, non-spore, non-acid resistant, non-mobile, anaerobic bacteria, especially common in the infant gut. It also produces an amount of acetic acid and lactic acid which can suppress the growth of pathogenic bacteria, and stimulate immune system development.

 

Applications:

BB-G90 :Yogurt, Soy Milk, milk powder, yogurt drinks, ice cream, butter, beverages, food supplements, and other products.
