The Beans produced in the area around the two lakes Kastoria and Prespa in Northwestern Greece are ranked among the best legumes worldwide. Cooked in olive oil and vegetables, they are undoubtedly considered to be one of the most delicious gourmet dishes.
Evidences of the unmatched quality of our beans:
Quality A
It is determined by the following evidences:
1. Awards: New Millennium Award, October 2010.
2. They have been characterized as PGI (Protected Geographical Indication).
3. Their cultivation has entered the Integrated Management System.
4. Quality Models: a) ISO 9001: 2000, b) ISO 22000: 2005
5. The seeds of the ‘megalosperma plake’ variety constitute an original domestic seed of our area.
6. Controls: a) moisture, b) content in foreign matter, c) smell.
7. Samples checks are carried out for any pesticides, residuals and heavy metals inside the product.
8. Chemicals controls are annually carried out for the content in proteins, carbohydrates, caloric value and energy.
9. Contemporary Sorting-Packing Centre with polishing machine and special color sorter with laser rays.
10. Whether the beans during the moisture control have moisture exceeding 14%, they are led to the drier.
11. Packaging: a) Megalosperma Plake: sacks of 3, 5, 20 kilos, b) Giant Beans: sacks of 3, 5, 20 kilos.
Every sack of our beans is labeled by the expiry date (two years after packaging).

Prices:
Quality A: 3.20- 3.30 Euros per kilo FOB, provided that you will order 100 tones.
As for the method of payment, when we start a new collaboration, we usually send commodities, which must be paid in advance. After that, we work on the basis of CL (Credit Letter), which must be issued by a reliable bank. Once you deposit the money in our bank, we can send the quantity of beans you wish.
