Beef Jerky made from real strips of Australian Beef topsides direct from the farmer.
The beef for our jerky is grown on our farms, it is real beef strips not re-constituted scraps of meat like most of the commercial brands. Our jerky is hand cut and marinaded for 24 hours, then cooked in our ovens for 12 hours before being packaged and delivered fresh to consumers.
Orders will be cooked and packaged fresh.
