Description:
Powder mix for the preparation of sponge cakes.

Ingredients:
Sugar; Wheat flour; starch (corn); baking powder: E541 and E500ii; emulsifier: E471-E475-E472b-E477; salt.

Use:
Basic recipe:

Sponge cake:        
Belgato Sponge Cake Mix 1.000 g   - Mix sponge cake mix, eggs and water for 2 minutes at slow speed
Eggs 750 g   - Shift to high speed and beat for 8 minutes
Water 100 g   - Bake at 180 - 190 °C
