This wine is made from Aglianico grapes, harvested when fully ripe, usually in October. It is vinified in red and left in contact with the skins for a longer period of time. The wine has more or less intense ruby color and delicate fragrance with hints of red fruit. The taste is dry, harmonious and velvety. It goes well with every kind of game meat, red meat and hard cheeses.
