2)  Fresh tea leaves - withering - shaking(bruise tea edges) - partial fermented - pan frying or drying - Oolong Tea ;

3)  Fresh tea leaves - withering - rolling - full fermented - firing - Black tea

How to brew the tea?

Step 1: Weight the dry tea

7g for each steep is the better;

For strong steep: >7-9g;

For Light steep: <5-7g;

Step 2: Put into the Dry tea;

Step 3: Wash the dry tea;

Step 4: Release the tea soup;

Step 5: Enjoy it.
