DESCRIPTION
Unikzyme BGP is a glucanase derived from a strain of Trichoderma reesei. Typical application areas for Unikzyme BGP include brewing, fruit juice production and wine production, as well as the industrial processing which needs the digestion of plant material.
TYPICAL CHARACTERISTICS
1.Effect of pH
Unikzyme BGP is active over a wide rang between pH3.6-6.5, and the optimum pH is 5.5.
2.Effect of Temperature
The activity of Unikzyme BGP is effective in a range of 50°C- 75°C, with an optimum performance at 65°C.

DOSAGE
Brewing: 50-200g/Ton (on malt)
STORAGE
Store at 4-10°C, in unopened and sealed original containers.
