Biodegradable plastic corn starch resin (EVA foaming molding)

Characters:

• Granules come in cylinder and round shape,light yellow colored with slight fragrance, easily decomposed by microbes with degradation rate up to 46% in 100 days. They are anti-static, easily colored, can be processed alone without adding any polyolefin material like PP,PE,PVA,EVA.etc.

Application range:

• soft foaming products
• e.g. disposable foam net&board,fruit packing mesh bag,amorphous shock absorbing material, insoles,shoe lining,etc.

   

Processing equipment:

• Common molding foaming machine,foam extruder,etc. those which PE,PP used can be applicable.   

 

Processing technology:

• First weigh accurately according to formulation dosage.
• Then mix and blend evenly to make into foam sheets.
• After that , put fooaming sheets into the mold of hydraulic machine to press and heat them until the cross-linking agent is decomposed.
• After the cross-linking temperature is reached,continually raise the temperature to decompose foaming agent.

 

Remarks:

• Do please sealed and store the resin in a dry environment to avoid absorbing moisture.
• Once becomes damp, it should be dried for 2 hours at 80°C,and then can be put into production.
• The right processing temperature is that when the corn starch fragrance can be smelled at the hopper.
