Black tea PEKO is composed of stalks and leaf. It has 1% stalks with black and brown color. For leaf, ratio is 10% brown leaves and 90% black leaves. PEKO has 60% well twisted leaves, 20% medium twisted leaves, 10% open leaves, 7% leaves, 3% broken leaves and no impurities. It is 70% deep black color, 20% black color and 10% deep brown color.
When marking Black Tea PEKO, tea water has deep red-golden-brown color, clear, transparent, not cloudy and can see through bottom. This tea is strong aroma, nut fruity aroma. It has mild to strong taste, light sweet after taste, sometime light overfired. Tea’s moisture is 5 -7%.
