   Blackcurrant juice concentrate is produced from sound, ripe and unfermented fruits, according to well known standard methods(GMP, HACCP). The main processing flow is raw material approval, raw material selection, heating and crushing, enzyme treatment, extracting juice in extractor, clarifying, separating by  vertical separation machine, diatomite filtration, micro filtration system, vacuum low temperature concentrating, pasteurizing, aseptic filling, storing etc. It contains no other additives, colorings, sugars and preservative. Juice concentrate is processed seriously according to the EEC2092/91 and Germany RSK standards.
