1. Automatic Tunnel Rinsing Machine(Auto Loading/Auto Unloading)

This machine is most ideal for ROUND BOTTLES and finds wide application in PHARMACEUTICAL and FOOD industries. Three-cycle rinsing allows flexibility of various wash cycles such as fresh water, demineralized water, etc. as per the rinsing requirement of the bottle.

This tunnel washing machine is most ideal for ROUND BOTTLES and finds wide application in PHARMA, FOOD INDUSTRIES.

The automatic loading arrangement facilitates loading of bottles on to SS wire mesh conveyer through feed conveyor or bottles are pushed manually from feed table. This saves manpower as bottles are feed into pockets automatically. The automatic unloading mechanism consists of unloading bottle on to a wire mesh conveyor which continues on to turn table.

Three cycle rinsing allows flexibilities of various wash cycles such as fresh water, demineralised water etc. as per the rinsing requirement of bottle. All the pumps are made of SS and all the water contact parts are made of SS 304 on a heavy base of MS painted structure.

The total rinsing cycle is smooth and limit switches/sensors are built at every stage to sense bottle reversal or bottle obstruction and stop the machine.

The quality of rinsing is ensured through 3 sets of inner and 3 sets of outer nozzles accurately placed to direct the jet at center of the bottle and the bottle comes out with water totally drained with minimum droplets of water.

This machine is ideal for ROUND/FLAT BOTTLES and finds wide application in DISTILLERIES FOOD PHARMACEUTICAL industries. Three-cycle rinsing allows flexibility of various wash cycles such as fresh water, demineralized water, etc. as per the rinsing requirement of the bottle.

This tunnel rinsing machine is ideal for ROUND/FLAT BOTTLES and finds wide application in DISTILLERIES, FOOD, PHARMA INDUSTRIES.

The bottles are loaded manually into pockets of rinsing machine for Beta Sears. The automatic unloading mechanism consists of unloading of bottles on to slat chain conveyor with brake drive.
In case of Gamma Series machines bottles are unloaded manually.

3. Automatic Rotary Rinsing Machine

This machine is a new development in the range of Automatic Rinsing machines and finds wide application in the FOOD BEVERAGE DISTILLERS PHARMACEUTICAL industries. Both the inside and outside surfaces of the bottles can be rinsed through incorporation of single or twin-cycle rinsing. The machine can be used for rinsing with water or for airjet cleaning.

Automatic Rotary Rinsing Machine is NEW development in range of automatic rinsing machines and will find wide application in FOOD, BEVERAGE, DISTILLERIES, PHARMA, COSMETICS & mineral water INDUSTRIES.

Bottles are loaded automatically from inbuilt slat conveyor and unloaded after rinsing automatically at the out feed end of conveyor. For rinsing, the bottles are picked up by gripping heads, which are supported by carousel that by turning makes the grip level arms slide on a fixed helical guide. In this way bottles are turned upside down to have the openings at the bottom to coincide with spray nozzle. After rinsing, bottles are again turned back to up right position during the rotary motion and carried over to out feed conveyor.

Both outside and inside of surface can be rinsed and single or twin cycle rinsing can be incorporated in the machine. Also Machine can be used either for rinsing with water or airjet cleaning as per the specific cleaning requirements. This is ideal machine for rinsing speeds of 40 - 240 BPM and can be used for GLASS/PET/PVC etc. BOTTLES of different shapes and sizes with additional Change Parts.
