Cameroon Fresh Frozen Size Breadfruit
Breadfruit is amongst the oldest of Cameroon foods and is a staple item in many traditional Cameroon breakfast lunch and dinner menus. Large size breadfruits, suitable for roasting are available for export when in season. We have a tried and proven method of treating and packaging this otherwise highly perishable item which minimizes spoilage in our export shipments. A good source of Vitamin C, breadfruit is the size of a large melon. Unripe, they are green and their flesh resembles a POTATO - hard, white, and starchy.
