The broccoli and nutritional yeast team make for a powerhouse of essential nutrients for your baby!
Broccoli with it’s high levels of Vit C is an ideal source of food to boost the immune system, while the high levels of Vit B12 in nutritional yeast aids baby in creating new red blood cells and a healthy nervous system.
We add potato mash to soften the flavor of these two prominent ingredients whilst adding complex carbs and proteins to babies diet!
IMPORTANT: This is NOT recommended for babies under 8 months of age (It can cause digestive discomfort in younger babies due to high levels of soluble fiber)
NOTE: Texture & consistency may vary due to season changes.
Feel free to add milk or water to adjust consistency.
Fresh for three months if frozen, just thaw and microwave minimally or serve room temperature.
