Working principle

  Our standard model- BFCP drop through rotary airlock valve is widely used in most applications. It is used for conveying and feeding materials in pneumatic conveying system, it can meet the requirement of multipoint feeding in one pipe line. The drop thru equipment with high quality materials and design for heavy-duty application. Reinforced rotor and impeller ,permanently free-maintenance shaft seal and outboard bearing design, enforced air seal design can assure long time and steady operation. High precision machining with minimum leakage blow back.

This device is suited for granular materials and materials of gravity discharge ,as plastic particles, feed, Rice etc.. Special design of disturb the airflow in acceleration pipe improve the efficiency of delivery and prevent clogging.
