Produced through the spray-drying of fresh buttermilk, derived from the manufacture of Cream products.
Available as a low fat (6%) or standard product (11%).
VARIETIES
It can be supplied under differing heat classifications as required, Medium Heat with a W.P.N. 1.51 - 5.99 mg/g, or High Heat with a W.P.N. < 1.5 mg/g. It can also be made to heat stable if required.

Mainly used for recombined (UHT) milk products and applications, and in the bakery sector.
SHELF LIFE
Approximately 12 months from date of production when stored under appropriate conditions.
PACKAGING
Multi-ply paper sacks with polyethylene liner, net weight 25 kg. Also available in big bags (1000kg)
