Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP ) is made from fresh milk and is pasteurized in liquid state before drying at a temperature of 70°C for 15 seconds.
The fat percentage is max. 1.5%.
Its colour is white or slightly creamy.
The products are free of GMOs, antibiotics and inhibitory substances and contain no additives or neutralizers.
