Usage: Stir 1/3c. (80 ml.) hot/warm water into 1 pack of CakeLaces Sugar Lace. For use with the Lace Mats, beat on medium speed using the paddle/beater blade for 4 minutes, scraping bottom and sides of bowl midway through mixing. Mixture will be white and pour-able.
For a firmer result, beat a longer period of time and refrigerate piping bag 30 minutes or so before use.
Suitable vegetarian.
