Calcium Lactate Gluconate(CLG) occurs as a white flowable powder. The solubility in water can reach 300g/L at the RM temperature. Compare with other organic calcium salts, the calcium lactate gluconate has high solubility properties. The solubility of calcium gluconate is about 35g/L, and calcium lactate is about 70g/L, calcium citrate is just about 10g/L.
Good Taste
There is no bitter taste in the calcium lactate gluconate solution if the assay of Ca is lower than 3000mg/L. If the assay of Ca is higher
than 3000mg/L, just add a litter sugar or acid so the bitter taste can be covered.

CLG has high assay properties, the assay of Ca is about 12%-13%, comparing with other organic calcium salts, the assay of Ca in calcium
gluconate is just about 9%.
