Premium wine produced in the region of Alentejo - Portugal.
Wine Making:
We chose the best plots of vineyards to produce Canto X Reserve. A careful control of grape production and monitoring the maturation of each caste and distinct parcel give origin to this wine. The Grapes were harvested by hand and transported to the winery in boxes of 24 kg and fermentation began with a maceration of 10 days. The malolactic fermentation took place in French barrels as well as a stage of eighteen months to give the wine more complexity. This wine was bottled without being filtered and as such may submit deposit .
Tasting Notes:
Color dense, with very good FLAVOR complexity, combining the notes in the right dose of very ripe fruit and wood. Deeper and wider at the entrance, full and dense, typicality integrates with modernity. Finishes with a very long fruity dimension in a mix of fruit and spices .
