Product Performance and Characteristics 
CMC is a high-purity, fine cellulose ether, which can be used in food,ceramic, toothpaste and etc. It shows excellent thickening effectiveness, emulsification and formation ability, expansibility, stability and fresh-keeping ability as a water solvable semi-biopolymer.

For food grade CMC, it could be used in yoghourt, ice cream, bread and cakes, Instant Noodles and so on. It has a fine syrup flavor, increase a paste viscosity and other good character.
