A wide variety of filter cartridges are available. They are most widely used for producing ultra-pure water, mineral water, and distilled water. In the process, they can effectively remove very small particles bacteria, and fluorine. Plus, they can absorb organics and abnormal odors.
Micron Filters
Adopts imported stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316L) and other designated material to make the filter housing. Filters of different micron pores, different cartridge materials, and different flow rates are available for different applications.
The filter has a very compact structure, and is easy for dismounting and cleaning/ back-washing. The micron rate varies from 0.1μm to 60μm. Titanium, Stainless Steel, PP, Nylon, PSF, PTFE, PVDF are selectable as the most suitable filter media for different applications. The filter media molding process could be sintering, hot melt spraying, wire winding, folding.
The filter is widely used in producing ultra-pure water, stilled water, mineral water, beers, and beverages and for filtering other liquid or gases. If installed after the Ozonator in the process, please select an ozone-resistant filter media.
