Slava Lux – smoke able polyamide casing.
Is presented by different types, each of them is designed for special products.
Type D? – for cooked sausages and hams, for cooked and smoked and semi-smoked sausages, manufactured based on technologies included smoke (searing with smoke)
Type R – for cooked , cooked and smoked and semi-smoked sausages with long shelf life terms of ready products.
Type S – for smoked melt cheese production.
The casing «Slava Lux» keeps the important properties, basic of which are:
High smoke permeability
Minimal weigh loss while thermo-process and storage
Allows getting of effective surface of ready product
High mechanical strength and elasticity
Low oxygen and water vapor penetration microbiological inertness
Caliber: from 40 till 120 mm.
Color: Bright color range shown in color catalogue gives the possibility to customer to make the product alike both with natural, collagen and cellulose casings and choose exclusive colors to show the product gainfully to customer.
Marking: Casing “Slava-Lux” can be one- or two side printed. Quantity of print colors is from 1 till 6.
Packing: The casing is delivered in reels or in sheered sticks. The length of the shirred stick is from 25 till 40 meters.
