- TreeLine Brand
- Private Label
TreeLine wines are made from grapes harvested from a large 4,000 acre property along the Murray River near Mildura. This region is famous for its high number of sunny days and the grapes are grown with a strictly controlled irrigation to both preserve water and also to ensure the best blend of skin to juice ratios that creates a quality and style that is distinctive.
The wines are transported to a state of the art winery where they are crushed and fermented in large stainless steel tanks, where the whites are crushed and immediately cooled to ideal temperature for best acid/fruit balance. Quality control is tight across batches and over time as the winemaker has to control the blends to ensure commonality for blends throughout their cycle.
The whites are oak free and made in a young fresh style.
This private label wine is produced in South Western (Riverina) region of New South Wales-Australia, well reknown for its quality wines. For the production of this wine , fruit classification was based on those vineyards showing flavour expression characteristic of sacred hill quality. Healthy berries profiling melon and stone fruit were ideal for this wine style. This wine was fermented cool over a two week period. Selected parcels were fermented with the inclusion of American and French oak staves.
Palate
This wine displays peach and melon notes carried on a creamy texture, fresh acidity and some mineral grip on the finish.
Suggested Cuisine
Chicken or calamari salad or for something warmer a creamy Mushroom risotto.
