This well presented wine displays a dark red hue with a youthful purple rim. A wine of character whose taste reveals a relative high proportion of Cabernet with aromas of green pepper, bayleaf, menthol, and dark red berries in the reminiscence. The ample palate is well balanced with small grained tannins. The aromas of liquorice, Blackberry and toasted Flavours are present in the nose and come up again on the palate.
A wine to enjoy with a dish of stewed oxtail with chanterelles.
